A two-day long workshop for the CTL course batch-24 was successfully organized by the Center of Excellence for Teaching and Learning (CETL) on September 30 - October 1, 2022 at Green University city campus. Newly joined faculty members attended the course.
Honorable Vice Chancellor of GUB Professor Dr. Md. Golam Samdani Fakir, respected faculty deans, department chairpersons, high officials, Director of CETL, Prof. Dr. ASM Shihavuddin, and the Unit Facilitators of CETL were present in the session.
The Honorable Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Md. Golam Samdani Fakir lead the workshop along with the Director of CETL, and Facilitators Asst. Prof. Arifa Rahman, Asst. Prof. Hasan Al Zubayer and Lecturer Sanzeeda Munir Prova.
CETL offers Certificate course in Teaching and Learning (CTL) which is a three and half month long course for newly recruited faculty members at Green
University of Bangladesh. It is a mandatory requirement for the fresher
teachers at GUB. Since 2014 Fall Semester CETL continues to host this course with a vision to
strengthening teaching and learning capacity of teachers and follows up
their achieved learning from demonstrated workshops throughout the
semester.
