A workshop "Service Excellence for Better Outcome"

 

A workshop "Service Excellence for Better Outcome" has been organized on Friday, 29nd October 2021 from 3.00pm to 6.00 pm, jointly by the Center of Excellence for Teaching and Learning (CETL) and Center for Career Development (CCD) with the support of Green University of Bangladesh at the IQAC Auditorium. The honorable Vice Chancellor of Green University, Prof. Dr. Md. Golam Samdani Fakir graced the session as the chief guest. Engr. SK Waresul Habib, Executive Director of Pran RFL group conducted a session there as the Keynote speaker, who has more than 25 years of experience in different national and multinational organizations. Moreover, the workshop was facilitated with the two speakers, Dr. ASM Shihavuddin, Director, CETL and Chairperson, Department of EEE, and Mr. Biplob Kanti Das, Deputy Director, CCD. Nearly 60 administrative staff of the University actively participated in the workshop.

This workshop started with the motto “STUDENT FIRST.

In the whole session the speakers talked about the betterment of the student service policies applied by the staff. At the end of the session the Keynote Speaker was requested to handover the crest to our Honorable Chief Guest. After this the honorable chief guest was requested to Handover the crest to the Keynote speaker and to handover the crest to the speaker Dr. ASM Shihavuddin and to the other speaker Mr. Biplob Kanti Das. Administrative staff were very enthusiastic to join the workshop and become a transformer of themselves and the rest.
