A seminar on “COVID situation and mental health"

 

A seminar on “COVID situation and mental health” was held on 25 September 2021. The seminar was organized by team Alpha of GIFT 8^th batch under CETL Green University. Ms. Shahrina Ferdous was the session speaker. She accomplished her B.Sc. in Psychology and M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Dhaka. She is working as a mental health professional for about nine years in different educational institutions. The session was mainly focused on Q&A where participants asked different questions about their mental health situation, anger management, and so on. She also gave a short speech about mental health which is very helpful for our everyday life.
