Workshop for students: Power-up Your Presentation Skills

 

As a part of the series, CETL, GUB arranged its 3rd workshop for the students titled "Power-up Your Presentation Skills" today, 21st August 2021 from 7:15 to 8:15.

The workshop was facilitated by two interns of CETL, Imran Uddin and Halima Mim. They are working as research assistant interns of CETL and Student Mentor of GBS. Imran Uddin and Halima Mim are students of Green Business School, currently pursuing their Bachelor's in finance and marketing consecutively from the department of GBS, Green University of Bangladesh. Halima Mim has been working in CETL since 2020 and Imran Uddin joined the team this semester. They shared a few tips and tricks to boost up the presentation skills of the students.

Ms. Arifa Rahman, Assistant Professor of CETL and GBS, and Hasan Al Zubayer Rony, Assistant Professor of CETL and GBS, were present.  200+ responses through the registration form which indicates how important the topic is to the students. More than 150 participants actively participated in the session and took part in the question and answer session.

The participants highly appreciated the workshop and at the end of the session, more than 80% of students found the workshop beneficial.

The facilitators also motivate the audience to participate in the upcoming workshop of CETL on 29 August 2021 on thesis writing.
