Center of Excellence for Teaching and Learning of the Green University of Bangladesh has successfully conducted 3 days long workshop on “Certificate in Teaching and Learning at GUB: Steps toward Quality & Excellence -phase 1” arranged for the newly appointed faculty members of different departments of The Green University of Bangladesh from 2-4 February 2021. This was the 19th batch of the program. The inauguration ceremony of phase 1 took place on 2nd February 2021. The honorable Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Golam Samdani Fakir, Prof. Dr. Abdur Razzaque, Pro-VC and Dean of Science and Engineering Faculty, Dr. ASM Shihavuddin, Director, CETL, Mr. Md. Saiful Islam, registrar of GUB, Professor Dr. Md Fayzur Rahman, Treasurer, GUB, Prof. Dr. Golam Ahmed Faruqui, Dean, FBS & Director of MBA program were present in the opening session of the workshop.

Putting Education Back on Track: eLearning and Teaching, Outcome-Based Education: An Overview, Introduction with Various class conduction tools and LMS, Google Classroom as LMS, Managing the first Class/Session: Does and Don’t of Online Teaching Learning, Club Activities at GUB: Implications for GUB Teachers, Centres Activities at GUB and Bloom's Taxonomy: An Overview and its Application in Teaching and Learning were discussed by the lead facilitators of the University including the honorable Vice-Chancellor, the honorable Pro-Vice-Chancellor, The director of  CETL and the Registrar of the university.
